Take part in discussion and voting — online or in person.
In the General Assemblies section you see all upcoming and past assemblies for your entrance. You can take part in the discussion and voting, and review the documents and protocols.

| Virtual Assembly® | You take part online from your phone or computer — at a time convenient for you within the assembly period. |
The Virtual General Assembly runs entirely online — take part from anywhere in the world at a time that suits you. It follows the requirements of the Bulgarian Condominium Ownership Management Act (ЗУЕС).
When you open an active Virtual Assembly you see the agenda and the current stage — Discussion or Voting.
- Read the agenda items and the attached documents — quotes, reports, photos.
- Form your opinion — look up additional information online if needed.
- Write your comment in the field under the relevant item.
- Click Add comment — it's visible to all participants immediately.
You can take part in the discussion multiple times. All your neighbors' comments are visible — read them before you vote.
Once the discussion ends, the system automatically moves to the Voting stage. You receive a notification by email, Viber, or SMS.
- Open the assembly from the General Assemblies section.
- For each proposal, choose your vote: FOR, AGAINST, or ABSTAIN.
- Vote on all agenda items.
You can change your vote on any proposal until the assembly ends. Once it closes, votes are finalized.
For an In-Person General Assembly, you attend physically at the stated place and time. The system informs you in advance:
- You receive an invitation by email, Viber, and SMS — at least 7 days before the assembly.
- You receive a reminder 1 day and 2 hours before the start.
- Show up at the stated location — sign the attendance list.
- Voting takes place on site — the property manager records your vote in the system.
If you can't attend, you can authorize another owner from your entrance to vote on your behalf. The authorization is set up by the property manager in the system.
Once the assembly ends, the property manager publishes the protocol. All assembly documents are available in the General Assemblies → Documents section:

You receive an automatic notification when the protocol is published — no need to check manually.
